Director, Visa Consulting and Analtics (VCA), Digital Practice

What you will do

• Lead the growth and development of the Digital Practice across Brazil, increasing its contribution to commercial opportunities and client transformation initiatives.
• Define practice growth strategies, investment priorities, operating models, and scalable ways of working.
• Lead executive workshops, co-creation sessions, presentations, speaking engagements, and strategic client discussions.
• Develop and expand digital transformation, digital product management, customer experience, technology, and AI offerings.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Digital, Digital Product Management, Customer Experience, Technology, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Drive AI adoption, integrate AI into client solutions, and share best practices across industries and use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience managing AI products or projects.
• Significant leadership experience in digital transformation, technology, innovation, or product management.
• Proven experience developing and growing practices, service lines, offerings, or business units.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex, matrixed organizations and building executive-level client relationships.
• English and Portuguese required.

• Master’s degree in a related field.
