Consulting Engineer (LATAM) (AI)

Location: Remote, based in São Paulo, Brazil; travel to client sites may be required.

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global solutions with enterprise customer engineering teams across the full project lifecycle, from initial design through production rollout.
• Design graph data models and scalable solution architectures for complex relationships, high-performance querying, and analytics.
• Structure graph data for modern search and AI patterns, including RAG and GraphRAG.
• Integrate hirify.global with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, and optimize data ingestion patterns.
• Provide technical guidance, explain complex concepts, and train and mentor customer teams on graph development best practices.
• Contribute to proposals, level-of-effort assessments, statements of work, and technical recommendations while collaborating with sales, sales engineering, and support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise applications, especially data-driven or analytics-focused systems.
• Strong experience with data modelling, complex data structures, scalable software architectures, and data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, or C#.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, customer-facing technical communication, and independent work in a remote organization.

Nice to have

• Professional Services consulting experience.
• Experience with graph databases such as hirify.global, TigerGraph, or JanusGraph.
• Experience in financial services, life sciences, manufacturing, or technology.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, Couchbase, Teradata, data science packages, or major cloud platforms.
• Spanish proficiency.
