What you will do

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support.
• Conduct discovery sessions to analyze client workflows and translate business requirements into scalable software configurations.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and milestones are achieved.
• Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and API integration coordination.
• Deliver onboarding sessions, user workshops, and training documentation for administrators and end users.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical blockers and improve implementation standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, or Mexico
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or client onboarding.
• Proven experience implementing SaaS or cloud-based software platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Technical aptitude with experience in data migrations and system integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing CRM, ERP, HRIS, or project management software.
• Familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, and tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Knowledge of change management and process improvement methodologies.
