Implementation Consultant – Remote (SaaS)

Location: Remote from Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, or Mexico; working hours aligned with U.S. client business hours, with flexibility for implementation deadlines, go-live support, and client training sessions.

hirify.global is hiring for a client seeking a consultant to lead SaaS implementations and help customers adopt and optimize software platforms.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Run discovery sessions, analyze workflows, gather requirements, and design scalable implementation plans.
• Configure software environments, customize platform settings, and coordinate advanced configuration with technical teams.
• Support data migration, API integrations, validation, troubleshooting, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Deliver administrator and end-user training, create documentation, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, client onboarding, customer success, or a related field.
• Experience implementing SaaS or cloud-based software platforms.
• Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles, business requirements gathering, and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Project management, organization, client-facing communication, presentation, analytical, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with data migrations and system integrations.
• Availability to work U.S. client business hours, with flexibility for deadlines, go-live support, and training sessions.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing CRM, ERP, HRIS, project management, or operations platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, third-party integrations, change management, and process improvement.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or consulting environments.
• Experience creating onboarding materials, SOPs, and training documentation.
• Familiarity with Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, or Trello.
