Business Analytics Consultant Senior - Consumer Data Solutions Analytics

Location: In-office in Tysons Corner, VA, Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Washington, DC

Base salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategies, objectives, challenges, and reporting needs.
• Design, develop, implement, validate, and enhance analytical solutions for business leadership.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance insights.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations.
• Use SQL and Python for advanced data analysis, data transformation, validation, and automation.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and present results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related analytical discipline, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, data manipulation, data wrangling, and data validation.
• Strong Python programming experience for data analysis, transformation, and automation, plus Power BI dashboard development experience.
• Ability to validate and transform complex datasets, manage multiple priorities, and communicate findings clearly.

Nice to have

• Banking, financial services, or corporate banking experience.
• Experience with customer data, customer identity, customer master data, data governance, or enterprise reporting.
• Experience in customer analytics, operational analytics, performance measurement, or risk and compliance reporting.
• Data visualization and storytelling experience used to influence business decisions.
