Senior Consultant, PSS/PSP (Patient Services Analytics)

Location: Bangalore, India; hybrid workplace. Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Salary: $150,000–$240,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and execute advanced analytics solutions using descriptive and inferential statistics, machine learning, NLP, and neural networks.
• Manage analytics and reporting for hub services, prior authorizations, appeals, copay assistance, specialty pharmacy, and claims programs.
• Analyze patient-level hub, specialty pharmacy, and claims data to identify trends, access barriers, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with hub vendors, specialty pharmacies, patient services, market access, commercial, and other cross-functional client teams.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for commercial and market access leadership.
• Translate complex healthcare and market data into actionable recommendations and support go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in life sciences management consulting, including claims data analytics and data science expertise.
• Experience supporting or leading projects involving customer engagement, field effectiveness, or commercial processes.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech commercial functions, hub operations, specialty pharmacy, copay programs, payer access, and patient-level healthcare data.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA, MPH, or MS is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with specialty therapeutics, oncology, or rare disease.
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims structures, including ICD-10, CPT, and NDC codes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, AssistRx, or ConnectiveRx.
• Experience managing external vendors and partners.
