Analytics Developer (Business Intelligence)

Location: Onsite in Westlake, Texas or Austin, Texas

Salary: $76,400–$156,200 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary data and analytics liaison for Retail Sales and Risk Management stakeholders.
• Clarify business requirements, define success metrics, and scope reporting and analytics solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Translate analytical findings into clear narratives that support leadership and cross-functional decision-making.
• Develop and maintain SQL-based queries and data sets in line with enterprise data standards.
• Collaborate with data engineering, governance, product, and analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data analysis.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python.
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting retail, sales, or client service organizations in financial services.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms or enterprise data environments such as BigQuery or Oracle.
• Experience partnering with product, technology, or data engineering teams in a matrixed organization.
