BI Consultant

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be physically located in the US

Salary: USD 69,800–81,000 yearly, with possible sales-based or performance-based incentives

What you will do

• Deliver reporting solutions using hirify.global data sources including RMS, CPS, and Omni.
• Analyze data and trends to support business decisions and improve reporting efficiency.
• Consult with clients and stakeholders on BI tools, reporting techhirify.globalues, and process improvements.
• Identify and nurture leads, conduct needs assessments, address objections, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Manage assigned projects and support BI customer needs, deployments, and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership on new BI products, services, and best-practice examples.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool: Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar.
• Experience with AI productivity tools such as Copilot, Chat, or Claude.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, analytical reasoning, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Must be physically located within the United States.

• Experience working directly with customers.
• Experience with FMCG retailers or manufacturers.
