NPME E2 (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $78,500–$108,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and release BOMs and product structures for moderately complex assemblies.
• Develop and validate Operation Method Sheets and manufacturing, testing, and sourcing strategies.
• Support 3D solid model analysis, design reviews, and Design for Manufacturability and Design for Assembly activities.
• Execute change control processes, including ECOs, CCBs, supplier problem sheets, and specification waivers.
• Lead managed builds, support pilot production, and provide technical guidance to manufacturing resources and suppliers.
• Document product issues, assist with root cause analysis, and ensure commercialization deliverables are completed before high-volume manufacturing handoff.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant manufacturing engineering discipline.
• Ability to solve straightforward technical problems using experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex technical information clearly and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, lift, work in tight spaces, distinguish colors, and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in noisy and cleanroom environments while using required personal protective equipment.
