Senior Engineer, Materials Quality Engineering (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $114,000–$125,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Deliver consistent, high-quality raw materials to manufacturing operations.
• Resolve fabricated metal and electronic part quality issues through supplier investigations and corrective actions.
• Assess supplier risk, performance, notified changes, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive supplier assessments, audits, scorecards, measurement systems analysis, control plans, SPC, FMEA, and Six Sigma projects.
• Develop part specifications, certificate-of-analysis acceptance criteria, analytical test methods, and quality documentation.
• Support new product development, business continuity planning, ISO audits, and customer maintenance audits.

Requirements

• BS degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a chemical or materials production environment.
• Core competency in manufacturing, quality, and/or production management.
• Ability to analyze and summarize complex data for cross-functional decision-making.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically or internationally and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership.
