What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of new product/process introduction (NPI) and process transfers across factories.
• Coordinate logistics for introducing new products into the factory by supplying necessary process documentation.
• Act as the primary interface between the fab and upstream/downstream customers.
• Track collateral items, manage wafer shipping communications, and update product codes in internal systems.
• Set up lot flows and monitor silicon progress through process flow from setup to first production.
• Implement new NPI systems and business processes to improve efficiency and close identified gaps.

Requirements

• BS in Chemistry, Mechanical, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in the same fields with 1+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of product life cycles, fab processing, and post-fab activities.
• Experience managing NPI builds in a factory environment.
• Must have valid US work authorization; position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating packaging processes with overall manufacturing workflows.
• Experience designing packaging solutions meeting product specifications and regulatory requirements.
