What you will do

• Coordinate the introduction of new products and processes into the factory by providing process documentation to factory customers.
• Act as the primary information interface between the fab and upstream or downstream customers.
• Track collateral items, communicate wafer shipments, and create or update product codes in internal systems.
• Set up lot flows, initiate NPI checklists for each module, and monitor silicon through setup, power-on, engineering samples, and first production.
• Develop and implement NPI systems and business processes, and drive issues identified during NPI reflections to closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, plus 2+ years of experience working with engineering fundamentals; or a master’s degree plus 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, fab processing, post-fab activities, and product or process development milestones.
• Experience managing NPI builds in a factory environment and driving capacity execution efficiency.
• Ability to learn quickly, track issues, and drive resolution across all organizational levels.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

• Experience integrating packaging processes with overall product manufacturing workflows.
• Experience designing packaging solutions that meet product specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
