Focus on analyzing engineering specifications and project data, resolving supply chain challenges, and optimizing supplier strategies in collaboration with engineering, project management, quality, and global commodity teams.

What you will do

Lead and coordinate the purchase of parts and components.
Create, issue, negotiate, and manage RFQ packages, supplier contracts, quotes, and purchase orders.
Compile and analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and project data.
Develop supply base strategies to improve supplier performance and identify savings opportunities.
Resolve daily supply chain challenges and improve procurement execution.
Collaborate with engineering, project management, global commodity management, cost value engineering, order management, quality, and external suppliers.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Business or a related field is preferred.
5+ years of experience in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
Experience with SAP PD2/OPP.
Strong data analysis skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
