Sourcing Senior Specialist

Location: Rosemead, California, US; hybrid work mode with required residence in California

Salary: $114,400–$171,600 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category strategies across construction, engineering, environmental, generation, and corporate real estate services.
• Lead competitive procurement and tendering events, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage supplier relationships.
• Review contracts for audit compliance, analyze spend, and manage Energy contracts across regulated and deregulated markets.
• Identify sourcing opportunities, risks, and gaps using complex data sets and contract lifecycle analysis.
• Maintain supplier agreements, contracting policies, and procedures for internal stakeholders.
• Support risk management, quality, ethical sourcing, sustainability, legal compliance, and organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and/or contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with procurement contracts, purchasing practices, policies, and standard terms and conditions.
• Experience prioritizing multiple projects, analyzing information, and making strategic decisions.
• Experience with SAP and Ariba Sourcing, Contracting, and P2P modules is preferred.
• Must work and reside in California; regular attendance at an SCE facility is required under the hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing services and working with utility regulations, industry standards, procedures, and compliance.
• CPM, CPSM, CPCM, CCCM, and/or PMP certification.
