Senior Specialist, Solar Modules and Racking, Procurement Execution (Solar Procurement)

Location: Louisville, Colorado, United States

Salary: $87,000–$104,550 per year, plus an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Build strategic relationships with renewable energy supply chain partners focused on photovoltaic modules and racking systems.
• Optimize equipment allocation across project portfolios by balancing project needs, inventory, and contractual commitments.
• Execute equipment purchasing agreements and manage purchase orders, delivery milestones, payments, and warranty claims.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Legal, Finance, lenders, investors, EPC partners, and other stakeholders.
• Support compliance with Safe Harbor, Domestic Content, FEOC, and other evolving industry requirements.
• Improve procurement tracking, auditing, data management, due diligence responses, and procure-to-pay processes.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, project execution, renewable energy, or a related field.
• Knowledge of utility-scale renewable energy projects, solar technologies, or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Education, certification, or equivalent professional experience in engineering, supply chain management, business operations, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI, AI-enabled tools, or data analytics platforms.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
