What you will do

• Own and deliver end-to-end sourcing packages for project proposals.
• Lead RFQ processes, including bid analysis and supplier selection for EPC and BOP packages.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to support pricing development and technical alignment.
• Manage subcontract negotiations and support commercial discussions.
• Maintain procurement data and reporting accuracy using SAP.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or subcontract management in industrial or energy sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proven experience managing RFQs and supplier selection end-to-end.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or BESS projects.
• Exposure to EPC or BOP subcontracting environments.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in cost estimation or proposal development.
