Corporate Services Procurement Senior Specialist

Location: Rosemead, California, US; hybrid work mode with required residence in California

Salary: $114,400–$171,600 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical and commercial procurement expertise for consulting, professional services, managed service organizations, corporate services, and special projects.
• Develop and deliver category and sourcing strategies, including managing tendering and RFP events.
• Negotiate commercial terms, update supplier agreements, and maintain contracting policies and procedures.
• Manage supplier relationships and day-to-day Energy contracts across regulated and deregulated markets.
• Review contracts for audit compliance and analyze spend, risks, gaps, and long-term agreement requirements.
• Develop innovative solutions for complex procurement issues using organizational readiness and change management strategies.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and/or contract management.
• Work and residence in California are required unless otherwise noted.
• Experience negotiating contracts and/or managing the RFP process.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentations, formal correspondence, contractual documentation, facilitation, and negotiations.
• Experience with Ariba and SAP.
• Experience purchasing consulting and professional services.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to present recommendations and other communications to all organizational levels.
