Legal Intern (Spring 2027)

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work is preferred, and fully remote arrangements may be considered.

What you will do

• Support daily Legal Department activities and special projects.
• Draft legal memoranda on topics such as commercial compliance, intellectual property, and employment law.
• Learn the commercial contract process and review contracts.
• Attend meetings and presentations and shadow attorneys during negotiations.
• Develop skills with legal tools and systems and build relationships with organizational leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Current law student seeking externship academic credit.
• Availability for approximately 15–20 hours per week.
• Interest in legal research, memorandum drafting, contracts, compliance, intellectual property, or employment law.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Waltham or be considered for a fully remote arrangement.
