CLM Consultant (CLM)

What you will do

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Analyze current contract lifecycle processes and design scalable future-state workflows focused on efficiency and compliance.
• Configure CLM systems, including workflows, templates, metadata, and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Develop test cases, conduct user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and support post-go-live improvements.
• Create training materials, conduct user workshops, and generate reports on contract performance, cycle times, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CLM or contract management software.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and configuring a CLM system such as Agiloft, Icertis, Conga, Malbek, or ContractPodAi.
• Proficiency in process mapping, business analysis techniques, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to build client relationships and deliver accurate, high-quality work independently.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
