What you will do

• Gather requirements and conduct business analysis to develop technology solutions for tax products.
• Create detailed business requirements documents (BRD) and process diagrams.
• Evaluate market trends and develop strategies to enhance product usability and experience.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications for the development team.
• Build comprehensive business cases with cost-benefit analyses to justify proposed solutions.
• Manage product backlogs, handle iteration planning, and elaborate user stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, or Accounting (Advanced degree preferred).
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Atlassian tools.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid/remote environment based in the US.
