What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, financial planning, and estate planning.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, generate new client relationships, and increase referrals.
• Participate in community events, marketing, and outreach activities to build brand awareness and future opportunities.

Requirements

• Postsecondary degree or diploma and/or four years of relevant experience.
• Current accreditation and good standing for Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID) licensing.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, client service, business development, and financial advising skills.
• Goal orientation, initiative, accountability, and a commitment to client-focused service.

Nice to have

• For Quebec licensing: AMF accreditation, CIFC or CSC completion, and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) designation.
• CSI/ICB Investment and Taxation Fundamentals Course - Quebec (0774).
• CSI/ICB Legal & Ethical Aspects of Financial Planning Course (0790).
