Strategy Analyst Manager (AI)

Location: London, UK or Amsterdam, Netherlands. The role is based at the London Wall location or hirify.global's Amsterdam site.

Base pay in Amsterdam: €86,900–€144,600 per year.

What you will do

• Develop product-level strategies for agentic solutions and specialty databases.
• Guide product leadership in shaping roadmaps aligned with portfolio strategy and market needs.
• Monitor competitive landscapes and identify threats, growth opportunities, partnerships, and M&A prospects.
• Lead market research, growth opportunity assessments, M&A screens, and strategic partnership initiatives.
• Build relationships with senior product, commercial, and strategy leaders and communicate strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute strategic priorities and translate complex insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, chemistry, or another relevant R&D-focused discipline.
• At least 3 years of strategy consulting experience with a top-tier consulting firm or a strong in-house strategy team.
• Professional experience with R&D-intensive industries such as chemicals and materials, semiconductors and electronics, energy transition technology, or automotive systems engineering.
• Experience developing strategies for software or data-driven products and executing initiatives across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience using generative AI tools for strategy, research, or analytical work.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MSc, or PhD in a relevant business or scientific field.
• Experience with advanced databases, AI/ML applications, or SaaS business models.
