What you will do

• Develop product-level strategies for agentic solutions and specialty databases.
• Guide product leadership in creating roadmaps aligned with portfolio strategy and market needs.
• Monitor competitive landscapes and identify threats, opportunities, partnerships, and M&A prospects.
• Conduct market research to evaluate new needs and growth opportunities.
• Lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with product, commercial, strategy, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, chemistry, or another R&D-focused discipline; an MBA, MSc, or PhD is desirable.
• 3+ years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in a strong in-house strategy team.
• Experience with R&D-intensive industries such as chemicals and materials, semiconductors and electronics, energy transition technology, or automotive systems.
• Experience developing strategies for software or data-driven products and driving execution across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience using generative AI tools for strategy, research, or analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced databases, AI/ML applications, or SaaS business models.
• Advanced degree in a relevant business or scientific field.
