Director, Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA; onsite role with 10% travel. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $189,000–$260,000 per year.

What you will do

• Direct a process technology group responsible for research, development, implementation, and enhancements for product lines.
• Manage complex applications of scientific theory and processes in product development and ongoing technical management.
• Lead alpha engineering and alpha/beta product release programs for process technology issues.
• Resolve complex process issues and customer High Value Problems for the business unit's product line.
• Participate in strategic planning across the unit and Product Business Group.
• Set approval guidelines, long-term process development strategy, performance metrics, and progress reporting for subordinate process technology managers.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories, and practices.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across a business unit, department, or sub-function.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers of managers and executing functional business plans.
• Advanced analytical thought and judgment to direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with senior executives and external organizations, with sensitivity to the audience.
• Understanding of and compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct.
