Salary: $189,000–$260,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct a process technology group responsible for research, development, implementation, and enhancement of product lines.
• Manage complex applications of scientific theory and processes in product development and ongoing technical management.
• Lead alpha engineering and alpha and beta product release programs for the business unit’s product line.
• Resolve complex process issues for external customers, including high-value problems involving the business unit’s products.
• Integrate research and development processes into business-unit and Product Business Group strategies.
• Set approval guidelines, long-term process development strategy, performance metrics, and progress reporting for the organization.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of systems, theories, and practices.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers and contributing to functional strategy.
• Ability to resolve highly complex or unusual business problems using advanced analytical judgment.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior executives and external organizations.
• Compliance with hirify.global’ Standards of Business Conduct is required.
