What you will do

• Lead scientific research enabling manufacture of innovative device architectures and realize those architectures.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering process specifications.
• Integrate the many individual steps required to manufacture complex microprocessors.
• Participate in the development of hirify.globallectual property.
• Ramp technology to manufacturing volumes to demonstrate requirements and transfer technology to manufacturing counterparts using Copy Exactly methodology.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 4+ years of semiconductor industry experience in semiconductor processing, semiconductor fabrication, or nanotechnology.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor processing/device fabrication and/or nanotechnology experience.
• Electrical characterization of transistors or other semiconductor devices.
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.
• Design of experiments, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and computational data skills.
