What you will do

• Establish strategic process improvements, standards, and best practices across sites to reduce variation and improve cost efficiency.
• Evaluate and qualify advanced equipment and automation solutions.
• Define and lead major process development programs and enterprise-wide technology integration efforts.
• Provide technical leadership to multiple project teams and mentor senior engineers.
• Align process engineering initiatives with business goals in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced skills in process integration, root cause analysis, and risk management.
• Experience driving cross-site projects and influencing senior management.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
• Expert-level knowledge of semiconductor and hardware processing technologies and manufacturing systems.
