Senior Process Engineer I (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support wafer fabrication tools and processes across one or more functional areas, including photo, etch, deposition, and diffusion.
• Maintain process recipes and create or update documentation for product manufacturing and equipment operation.
• Implement and monitor tool and process statistical process control.
• Design, run, and document experiments, process changes, and related records.
• Lead teams improving yield, cycle time, and cost, and qualify new equipment, tools, and processes.
• Communicate with team members and other staff to complete process development and support tasks.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Chemical, Electrical, Materials, or another related engineering discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to technical problems.
• Experience with Design of Experiments and Statistical Process Control.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including high proficiency in Excel.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to present suggested process improvements to the Wafer Fabrication engineering team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Teamwork, effective interpersonal skills, respect for technical leadership, and adherence to structured processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with legacy wafer fabrication technologies using 3-inch to 6-inch wafers.
• Experience using AI to conduct research, analyze data, and present data.
• Experience in photo or etch.
