Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Alhambra, California, United States; hybrid

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with managers and leaders to implement the people strategy and build organizational capability.
• Support employee relations, retention, engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
• Own the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, performance management, and exit processes.
• Manage the HR aspects of internal and external audits related to quality management programs such as ISO 9001.
• Handle day-to-day tactical responsibilities for local HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive human resources experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the high-tech sector, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, relationship-building ability, independence, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Experience working for a multinational or global organization is preferred.
