What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to Technology & Research business units to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and execute effective recruiting and retention strategies.
• Lead performance management processes, including reviews, talent calibrations, and promotions.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks.
• Coach and support talent through consistent feedback and professional guidance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
• Deep knowledge of compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proficiency with HR software including Google Suite, ADP WorkforceNow, Greenhouse, Lattice, and Radford/Aon.
• Strong data analytics and visualization skills.
• Experience building and delivering executive-level presentations.
• Must be based in and work onsite in Alameda, CA
