What you will do
- Serve as a strategic partner to Technology & Research business units to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting and retention strategies.
- Lead performance management processes, including reviews, talent calibrations, and promotions.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks.
- Coach and support talent through consistent feedback and professional guidance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
- Deep knowledge of compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency with HR software including Google Suite, ADP WorkforceNow, Greenhouse, Lattice, and Radford/Aon.
- Strong data analytics and visualization skills.
- Experience building and delivering executive-level presentations.
- Must be based in and work onsite in Alameda, CA
