Senior HR Business Partner (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Palmdale, California, United States. Travel: 0–25%.

Salary: $85,000–$148,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and workforce priorities.
• Advise leaders and employees on employee relations, performance concerns, documentation, and compliant workplace issue resolution.
• Support talent and leadership development, performance management training, and annual performance reviews.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on interviews, candidate selection, salary analysis, and equitable offers.
• Lead merit, bonus, and out-of-cycle compensation planning while supporting fairness and internal equity.
• Analyze HR data, exit feedback, turnover trends, and engagement indicators to recommend workforce improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive corporate HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent HR certification and experience.
• Experience advising senior leaders and supporting complex business operations.
• Ability to work onsite in Palmdale, California.
