Agent Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, United States

Salary: $180,000–$390,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and launch enterprise-grade AI agents for government institutions and high-stakes constituent interactions.
• Conduct discovery with federal and state institutions to identify opportunities to improve access, responsiveness, and service outcomes.
• Partner with public-sector leaders, engineers, designers, researchers, security, and operations teams from concept through production.
• Translate mission goals into product strategy, roadmaps, success metrics, and ongoing product improvements.
• Shape hirify.global’s platform and public-sector roadmap through customer insights, prototypes, and new tools.
• Support public-sector market strategy and scalable approaches for the business.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience developing highly technical products.
• Product Management or similar product-development experience at or above Senior Product Manager level.
• Experience working directly with customers and coordinating with public servants and technical stakeholders.
• Strong product judgment and experience driving ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and measurable impact.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts, including recent AI developments, to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical or related degree, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM products, especially conversational or long-horizon agents.
• Familiarity with evaluation, retrieval, prompt engineering, or agent tooling.
• Government technology or public-sector experience, including procurement, regulation, security, and accessibility.
• Coding experience with React, TypeScript, and Go, or experience prototyping technical products with engineers.
• MBA or equivalent experience at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy.
