Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify product opportunities, emerging technologies, competitive differentiators, and workflow automation opportunities for customer operations.
• Lead rapid prototyping from initial concept through functional prototype, including requirements, success criteria, tools, and testing.
• Partner with CSOC leadership, engineering, and product innovation leaders to assess technical feasibility and architectural approaches.
• Research and evaluate technologies, third-party services, and frameworks that can solve member problems.
• Own new product concepts from research and hypothesis testing through business-case development and stakeholder feedback.
• Lead integration of successful prototypes with platform, mobile, and security engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management experience shipping complex products across mobile, desktop, and cloud environments.
• Strong product judgment, strategic leadership, technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Deep technical literacy in cloud services, mobile and desktop development, networking principles, and software architecture; GCP experience is preferred.
• Experience leading technical validation and prototyping from brief to functional prototype.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently and define clear success criteria and milestones.
• Demonstrable experience productizing AI technologies, including identifying LLM and Generative AI use cases and navigating technical and ethical trade-offs.
