Recruiter (Technical and GTM)

Location: New York City, United States; On-site

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year, plus a top-of-market equity component.

What you will do

• Build pipelines for engineers, architects, data professionals, sales, customer success, and marketing roles.
• Source and assess technical and go-to-market talent with strong judgment about candidate quality.
• Close candidates by clearly communicating why hirify.global, why now, and why the opportunity fits.
• Work backward from hiring plans to define recruiting requirements and execute hiring strategies.
• Run fast, rigorous recruiting cycles and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
• Shape hiring standards and provide leadership with feedback on recruiting effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience with a technical and/or go-to-market focus.
• Experience hiring multiple engineers and/or go-to-market professionals at scale.
• Strong judgment when evaluating seniority, talent quality, and candidate backgrounds.
• Track record of successful placements and closing difficult candidates.
• Comfort working with ambiguity in an early-stage environment.
• Ability to run fast, rigorous, and outcome-focused hiring processes.
