IT Support Specialist (Fintech)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California, United States

Base salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually, plus OTE, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Mac devices with Kandji, including provisioning, enrollment, configuration, patching, security baselines, and decommissioning.
• Design and maintain secure employee onboarding and offboarding workflows, including automated Okta access provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Administer Okta SSO, MFA, and lifecycle policies while enforcing least-privilege access across SaaS applications and internal systems.
• Maintain Palo Alto Networks firewalls and security policies, monitor threats, tune rules, and support network segmentation.
• Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance audits by maintaining asset inventories, access logs, and remediation plans.
• Maintain office AV systems, troubleshoot conferencing issues, coordinate with vendors, and automate IT workflows using scripting.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of IT operations experience in a Mac-first environment.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian, Kandji, Okta, and Palo Alto Networks.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and related security implications.
• Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Ability to write shell scripts or Python to automate repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
