What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a North America recruiting team of approximately five recruiters focusing on professional and management hiring.
• Oversee recruiting delivery for G&A, commercial, product, and engineering functions, excluding high-volume manufacturing.
• Partner with the Head of Global Talent Acquisition to translate business priorities into practical regional recruiting plans.
• Manage a portfolio of high-priority, confidential, and senior-level searches, including VP-level roles.
• Use recruiting data and operating metrics to manage performance and ensure pipeline health.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to business and HR leaders regarding market dynamics and compensation.

Requirements

• Experience operating within a matrixed, global organization.
• Proven track record in executive recruiting, specifically leading senior and C-suite searches.
• Must be a U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary U.S. government export authorizations (ITAR).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ATS and AI-enabled platforms such as Eightfold.
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
