Forward Deployed Product Manager (AI)

Location: United States — Remote

Salary: $120,000–$175,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Embed in a Forward Deployed Experience Pod and learn client workflows before redesigning them around AI.
• Own the workflow, KPIs, alignment, and success metrics for the pod in partnership with executive sponsors.
• Break complex business problems into composable, shippable work and deliver production progress daily.
• Collaborate directly with Forward Deployed Engineers, Experience Designers, client teams, and hirify.global leadership.
• Establish AI evaluations, guardrails, governance, security, and human-in-the-loop practices to measure ongoing outcomes.
• Transfer ownership to client domain experts and contribute lessons and reusable patterns to hirify.global’s FDE practice.

Requirements

• Senior Product Manager experience in a digital consultancy, product organization, or embedded-team environment, with a record of shipping production software.
• T-shaped product expertise with hands-on ability to reason about code, prototype interactions in Figma, and participate in engineering and UX trade-off discussions.
• Direct experience taking AI or ML solutions from concept through production, including people, process, and governance challenges.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tooling across the SDLC, including AI-assisted requirements, prototyping, development pairing, and agent evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to work with executives and technical contributors, decompose ambiguous problems, sequence delivery, and operate without an established backlog or playbook.
• Commercial awareness of milestone-based engagements and ability to coach client domain experts into long-term ownership.
