What you will do

• Embed in Forward Deployed Experience pods to redesign client workflows around AI implementation.
• Define and own KPIs and success metrics in close collaboration with executive sponsors.
• Break complex business problems into shippable units of work to ensure daily production progress.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to manage technical trade-offs and UX interactions.
• Implement AI guardrails, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop designs to ensure production stability.
• Facilitate capability transfer to client domain experts to ensure long-term solution ownership.

Requirements

• Senior Product Management experience in digital consultancy or product organizations with a track record of shipping production software.
• T-shaped profile: depth in product management with functional ability in engineering (code reasoning) and UX (Figma prototyping).
• Proven experience moving AI/ML solutions from concept to production.
• Fluency with modern AI tooling across the SDLC, including agent evaluation frameworks.
• Strong executive presence and ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be based in the USA.
