Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business functions to identify operational challenges and workflows.
• Implement hirify.global's five-pillar AI transformation strategy across business units.
• Translate business needs into prioritized agentic use cases and own the backlog for business-facing AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI platform teams to deliver solutions iteratively.
• Drive AI tool adoption through training, documentation, enablement, and rollout plans.
• Define KPIs, measure adoption and business value, and quantify ROI for AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably with internal tools, enterprise software, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and its application to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional influence without direct authority.
• Experience working in Agile environments, managing backlogs, and delivering iterative value.
• Excellent communication skills, including translating technical AI concepts into business value.
• Ability to work in the Seattle, United States location.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with go-to-market teams such as Sales or Customer Success.
• Understanding of no-code or low-code automation platforms and workflow tools.
• Experience quantifying ROI for internal productivity tools.
