Salary: $86,000–$129,000/year; expected OTE $95,000–$143,000/year

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time HR business partner experience in SaaS or other industries.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with strong judgment and influence.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to tailor approach to stakeholders at all levels.
