Director, Enterprise Architecture & Technology Strategy

hirify.global is a banking organization requiring enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture governance, and regulatory alignment.

What you will do

• Define and execute the bank’s enterprise technology strategy, target-state architecture, standards, roadmaps, and governance processes.
• Lead application portfolio assessment, modernization, consolidation, retirement planning, and technical debt reduction.
• Drive platform modernization across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, focusing on scalability, resiliency, security, and operational sustainability.
• Establish enterprise data architecture and AI enablement strategies covering data integration, governance, analytics, machine learning, and responsible emerging-technology adoption.
• Partner with executives, business stakeholders, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, audit, and vendors to guide investment decisions and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Lead and develop the Enterprise Architecture organization across business, application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or large-scale transformation.
• At least 6 years of enterprise architecture leadership experience with responsibility for enterprise-wide roadmaps and governance.
• Experience with application portfolio rationalization, platform modernization, enterprise architecture frameworks, governance models, and technology operating models.
• Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, distributed systems, integration architectures, enterprise platforms, data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML enablement.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and lead high-performing technology organizations; financial services or regulated-industry experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.
