Principal Enterprise Architect, Business Architecture (AI)

Salary: $163,700–$316,500 annually, varying by work location and job-related factors.

What you will do

• Establish an AI-enabled enterprise architecture program and develop an AI reference architecture for software development and AI products.
• Automate enterprise architecture services, including governance, portfolio management, and business architecture.
• Develop reference and target architectures, principles, standards, capability maps, and roadmaps across business and technology domains.
• Lead solution architecture for enterprise initiatives and guide product development teams through software development, implementation, and integration.
• Research, design, evaluate, and validate software solutions through proofs of concept, balancing scalability, maintainability, cost, and time-to-value.
• Review and improve enterprise architecture, software architecture, and development practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on artificial intelligence experience, including implementing agentic solutions in production.
• Depth in solution architecture across cloud, data, integration, and information security.
• Experience developing enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, frameworks, capability maps, process analyses, and governed roadmaps.
• 10+ years of experience in application development, infrastructure, or data engineering and 7+ years in architecture or a related role.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, Agile, DevOps, enterprise architecture tools, and software development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; AI and cloud certifications and knowledge of TOGAF, BIZBOK, and BTABoK.
