Global Category Manager (Cooling)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; on-site

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year plus bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Develop and implement global sourcing and category strategies for data center cooling infrastructure.
• Evaluate and manage global suppliers, ensuring quality standards, delivery deadlines, compliance, and performance.
• Lead negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, contracts, and commercial conditions.
• Manage supply-chain risks, contingency planning, spend analysis, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with internal and external stakeholders and lead supplier QBRs.
• Integrate sustainability practices and monitor market trends, category innovations, and global supply conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain/logistics, international trade, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement.
• Experience with global supply chains, supplier relationships, vendor compliance, process improvement, and contract negotiation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with global manufacturers, suppliers, hyperscalers, OEMs/ODMs, or infrastructure providers.
• Experience in data center infrastructure, cloud, or hardware supply chains is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience managing data center cooling categories, including CRAHs, fan walls, in-row or in-rack CDUs, and TCS/TCP piping.
• Experience managing categories across multiple regions or geographies.
• CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM certification.
• Experience with AI or data center infrastructure supply chains.
