Post Sales Specialist

TL;DR

Post Sales Specialist (Sales): Supporting the sales organization to ensure customer satisfaction by managing the transition between sales and order fulfillment with an accent on account management and order tracking. Focus on coordinating internal teams, optimizing sales workflows, and resolving post-purchase discrepancies.

Location: Must reside in the US, have US citizenship, and be capable of obtaining a US Public Trust Clearance (Columbia, MD office)

Salary: $55k – $75k

What you will do

• Manage the handoff between sales, contracts, and customer fulfillment organizations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction.
• Track, process, and update customer orders and shipping details to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain organized customer records and sales databases using CRM and SAP software.
• Analyze sales data and trends to prepare reports that support informed decision-making.
• Suggest and implement improvements in sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• A.S. in Business Administration, Program Administration or equivalent experience.
• Must reside in the US, have US citizenship, and be capable of obtaining a US Public Trust Clearance.
• Preferred 3 years of experience in program administration or customer service/relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating clear information presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
