Senior Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Arlington, Texas, United States — onsite. Requires a valid U.S. driver's license, flexibility for weekends, early mornings, evenings, and holidays, and moderate travel of 25–50% to other sites.

Salary: $71,500–$85,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead shift-level site operations in accordance with safety guidelines and company protocols.
• Act as the primary escalation point for vehicle, passenger, and operational issues while monitoring vehicle health in real time.
• Coordinate with engineering on mechanical and software issues and assist with testing vehicle technology and software changes.
• Execute incident response procedures, prepare reports, and conduct incident response drills.
• Track site performance metrics, conduct regulatory compliance audits, and identify process improvements.
• Support scheduling, onboarding, training, and certification of Autonomous Vehicle Operators while maintaining strong customer and passenger service.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a fast-adapting, customer-focused environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Strong technical aptitude, communication, judgment, attention to detail, and ability to coach others.
• Proficiency with laptops and Google Suite applications.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, work outdoors in varying weather, climb ladders occasionally, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or a related field.
• Prior experience in operations or logistics.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite.
