What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of London Market technology initiatives from planning through implementation and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, resources, governance, and senior-level reporting.
• Apply agile, lean, hybrid, or traditional delivery approaches according to each initiative's needs.
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, connect delivery to OKRs, and measure business value.
• Coordinate delivery across business, engineering, QA, architecture, data, operations, vendors, and global teams.
• Use delivery metrics and AI opportunities to improve transparency, predictability, productivity, and delivery quality.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Agile Project Management, Programme Management, and managing portfolios of smaller projects.
• Proven delivery of complex technology change in insurance, financial services, or regulated environments.
• Essential: experience with London Market, Lloyd's, and specialty insurance.
• Essential: experience implementing Underwriting Workbench platforms for the London Market and integrating with Whitespace and PPL.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Tempo, PPM, and delivery reporting dashboards.
• Essential: experience enabling teams to use AI throughout the Software Delivery Lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMP, or PRINCE2 qualifications.
• A degree in computer science or IT.
