Technical PMO Analyst

What you will do

• Run day-to-day PMO operations, collect and challenge project updates, and prepare decision-ready status reports.
• Define and maintain project and portfolio metrics covering progress, delivery health, risks, dependencies, milestones, capacity, and KPI trends.
• Build dashboards and management information for leadership and project managers.
• Write Python scripts and small internal applications to automate workflows across Jira and Confluence.
• Manage the structure, quality, and freshness of PMO documentation, playbooks, templates, and training materials.
• Own selected small-to-medium projects and coordinate engineering, business, and operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in PMO, project coordination, junior project management, business analysis, operations tooling, or a similar delivery-support role.
• Ability to use Python for practical automation, API work, data cleaning, transformation, and basic applications.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, including workflow automation and documentation management.
• Ability to define project metrics and turn activity data into clear indicators, charts, and actionable reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, editorial judgment, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to support work across multiple time zones and operate effectively in an evolving, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, Gradio, or similar dashboarding and BI tools.
• Front-end basics, Python UI frameworks, or Jira and Confluence API automation.
• Agile delivery experience or prior end-to-end ownership of a small project or workstream.
• Confluence information architecture or training program experience.
• Interest in trading or fintech environments.
