Data Center Technician

Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA (On-site, 5 days/week)

Salary: $89,000 – $119,000

What you will do

• Rack, label, cable, and configure new server, storage, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues within advanced AI systems.
• Document data center layouts and network topology using DCIM software.
• Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to execute large-scale deployments.
• Manage parts depot inventory and track equipment through the full deployment lifecycle.
• Resolve infrastructure-related support tickets and manage RMA processes for faulty hardware.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in Atlanta, GA.
• Familiarity with critical data center infrastructure including power distribution, airflow management, and structured cabling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict installation standards.
• Willingness to travel for the bring-up of new data center locations.
• Action-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience with server hardware troubleshooting and network topology.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, and Linux administration.
• Experience with large-scale distributed data center environments.
• Knowledge of Supermicro and Nvidia hardware.
