What you will do
- Lead daily operations for enterprise and colocation data centers to ensure 99.99%+ infrastructure availability.
- Manage rack and stack activities, power circuit installations, and high-density GPU/CPU infrastructure deployments.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
- Oversee Linux/Unix environment provisioning, patch management, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate network infrastructure maintenance including switches, optics, and carrier circuits.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manage capacity forecasting for power, cooling, and network growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in IT data center operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems in production environments.
- Solid understanding of data center networking fundamentals.
- Ability to manage vendor contracts and ensure SLA compliance.
