What you will do

• Lead enterprise procurement strategy and align sourcing priorities with business and financial goals.
• Drive enterprise spend visibility and optimization across business units.
• Own strategic sourcing and contracting, including high-value negotiations and supplier performance management.
• Establish procurement policies and controls, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance and leading supplier risk management.
• Implement procurement tools and systems, standardize processes, and develop analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Lead the procurement organization and partner with executive and business unit leaders to influence enterprise decision-making.

Requirements

• 12+ years of applicable work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Demonstrated vendor/partner negotiation experience with measurable cost savings.
• Proven experience executing a centralized procurement transformation.
• Strong financial and business acumen and superior communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a stationary office environment and manage multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of professional experience in a related function.
• Master’s degree in business or related field.
• Change management experience.
