Senior Product Manager, Life Insurance Products (Fintech)

Location: Remote US

Salary: $126,000–$222,000 annual base salary, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development of life insurance products, including Whole Life, Permanent Life, Term, Indexed Universal Life, Final Expense, Disability Insurance, and riders.
• Collaborate with carrier partners to implement products and integrate them into the broader product ecosystem.
• Work with engineering, design, internal stakeholders, and third parties to improve the life insurance lifecycle.
• Integrate policy administration and carrier systems to support product implementation, data flow, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to eApplication and policy contract creation systems that simplify applications and generate accurate policy documents.
• Identify product and distribution opportunities, run experiments, shape product vision, and optimize the portfolio for accessibility and business impact.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, including contributions to launching life insurance products.
• Strong knowledge of the life insurance lifecycle, including underwriting, policy issuance, and policy administration systems.
• Experience with ACORD standards and integration with policy administration and carrier systems.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining eApplication systems.
• Proficiency with policy contract creation systems and life insurance illustration platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, product scaling experience, experimentation expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
