Director of Product Management (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the listed U.S. states or Ontario, Canada; candidates must be able to live and work full-time in an eligible location. hirify.global has offices in Chicago, Illinois and St. Petersburg, Florida.

Salary: $188,067–$214,200 annual base compensation, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

hirify.global is building a technology platform for modern homeownership, expanding from insurance into auto, flood, property tax appeals, financing, and related services.

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy and sequenced roadmap for the policy platform and customer experience.
• Lead, hire, and develop a team of product managers while raising standards for product quality, analytical rigor, and collaboration.
• Make prioritization decisions between foundational platform infrastructure and customer-facing product development.
• Partner with engineering on API strategy, configuration models, platform architecture, and regulatory-change readiness.
• Drive the Home Hub into a digital destination for managing existing products and adopting additional hirify.global products.
• Define success metrics and partner with engineering and data science leaders to embed AI-native workflows, automation, and intelligence.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in software product management and 3+ years managing and developing PM teams.
• Experience owning both platform or infrastructure products and consumer-facing products.
• Experience with platform modernization or large-scale re-platforming, including sequencing migrations without disrupting dependent teams.
• Technical fluency in architecture, data models, reliability, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or financial services involving pricing logic, regulatory constraints, and customer trust.
• Must be able to live and work full-time in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with insurance policy administration systems or consumer financial platforms.
• Experience building or scaling a multi-sided product ecosystem combining a platform and consumer-facing layer.
