Compensation: $188,067 – $214,200

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy for the policy platform and customer experience.
• Lead, hire, and develop a team of product managers, raising the bar on analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with engineering to develop the platform's API strategy and configuration model to enable faster product launches.
• Drive the evolution of the Home Hub into a comprehensive digital destination for managing home products.
• Make prioritization calls between foundational platform infrastructure and customer-facing product features.
• Embed AI-native workflows and intelligence capabilities into both platform and customer experiences.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in software product management and 3+ years in people management.
• Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the 40 eligible US states or Ontario, Canada.
• Proven ownership of both platform/infrastructure products and consumer-facing products.
• Experience with platform modernization or re-platforming at scale.
• Technical fluency to contribute to architecture, data model, and API strategy discussions.
• Experience in Fintech, Insurtech, or financial services with complex regulatory constraints.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with insurance policy administration systems.
• Experience building or scaling a multi-sided product ecosystem.
