Senior Product Manager - Experiences (Real Estate)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 annually, including bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own product experiences and workflows for consumers, agents, and internal teams.
• Map user journeys and identify breakdowns, friction, and points where trust is lost.
• Partner with designers and engineers to define requirements, shape flows, and ship clear, reliable experiences.
• Translate ambiguous user and business problems into specifications, MVPs, and measurable outcomes.
• Replace manual workarounds with tooling and workflows that improve operations, sales, and support efficiency.
• Define metrics that measure user experience quality and use AI tools for research, discovery, documentation, prototyping, and analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping user-facing products.
• Strong consumer empathy and the ability to advocate for user needs in prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Experience owning the full product loop: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration based on user feedback.
• Ability to connect user journeys with underlying systems and understand how backend decisions affect user experiences.
• Experience improving internal workflows through tooling and process design.
• Strong written communication, business judgment, and active use of AI tools in product work.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate, fintech, marketplaces, or partner-driven businesses.
• SQL familiarity.
• TCPA or CAN-SPAM compliance experience.
