Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote across the listed European countries, including Germany and the United Kingdom; Berlin office option

What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for enterprise application lifecycle management, developer tools, and workflow operations.
• Define development-to-production workflows with environment separation, promotion paths, version history, rollback, branching, and conflict resolution.
• Build Git-based source control experiences for modern software development practices.
• Develop capabilities for secrets, variables, configuration, performance, usage, and reliability visibility across deployments.
• Enable multi-instance management and cross-instance visibility for enterprise customers operating hirify.global at scale.
• Align Engineering, Design, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and leadership around product strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping complex technical products in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of how engineering teams build, test, version, deploy, and operate production software.
• Experience with Git, branching, versioning, pull requests, or conflict resolution.
• Understanding of secrets management, environment variables, access control, or secure configuration patterns.
• Experience with monitoring, usage insights, performance visibility, or operational dashboards.
• Ability to code or write SQL and collaborate with engineers on architecture-level decisions; English is the company language.

• Experience in remote-first or early-stage environments.
• Entrepreneurial experience and the ability to work across multiple areas.
