Location: Remote across Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Berlin office location; regular off-sites may take place.

Compensation: €112.1K–€132.4K in Western/Northern Europe, €100.9K–€119.2K in Southern Europe, €89.7K–€105.9K in Central/Eastern Europe, £106.6K–£136.7K in the United Kingdom, and €128.9K–€152.3K in the Republic of Ireland. Equity is offered.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for enterprise application lifecycle management, developer tools, and workflow operations.
• Define environment separation, promotion paths, version history, rollback, branching, and conflict resolution.
• Build Git-based source control workflows and intuitive product experiences for engineering teams.
• Develop visibility into workflow performance, usage, reliability, and operations across environments and instances.
• Define enterprise management of secrets, variables, configuration, and multi-instance deployments.
• Engage with enterprise customers and align Engineering, Design, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and leadership.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience shipping complex technical products in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of how engineering teams build, test, version, deploy, and operate production software.
• Experience with Git, branching, versioning, pull requests, or conflict resolution.
• Understanding of secrets management, environment variables, access control, or secure configuration patterns.
• Experience with monitoring, usage insights, performance visibility, or operational dashboards.
• Coding or SQL skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers on architecture-level discussions.

• Experience in remote-first environments and collaboration across time zones.
