Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $104,389.60–$164,040.80 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own the vision and roadmap for modern end-user experiences, including AI-assisted interfaces, dashboards, and data consumption workflows.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ship intuitive experiences that improve product adoption and daily engagement.
• Use AI to reduce time to value, surface insights, and simplify product use for non-technical customers.
• Meet with customers weekly and combine feedback, usage data, and competitive research to define product priorities.
• Define and track metrics for adoption, engagement, retention, and AI feature usage.
• Prioritize initiatives, communicate trade-offs, and prototype flows with AI and design tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience owning end-user-facing experiences that improved adoption and engagement.
• Deep SaaS product experience, preferably with a PaaS or platform product.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, data models, and system integrations.
• Experience using product analytics and customer research to make decisions.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or data-rich experiences for non-technical users.
• Excellent communication and influence skills with executives, Design, and Engineering.

Nice to have

• Low-code or no-code platform experience.
• Experience with Figma, Figma Make, or Claude Design for prototyping.
• Experience modernizing legacy user experiences or leading a generational UI shift.
• People-management or team-leadership experience.
